Established in 2026 in Kristiansand, Norway. drukne is a contrast. An exploration of materials shifting form and stories gaining physical weight. We melt, recreate, and craft jewelry that brings grounding to a world moving too fast.
drukne is about being so captivated by something that everything else stops – music, nature, art, love, or moments powerful enough to hold your full attention.
We believe in what remains. Through slow design, each piece becomes a symbol of what we carry with us – our capacity, our relationships, and the traces we leave behind.
the for evig collection
for evig (eternity) emerged from a need to hold on.
When my father passed away, I was left with pieces of a life – silverware and old jewelry filled with stories. Meaningful objects, yet without a place in daily life. I wanted to turn this legacy into something that could be worn every day. A memory with weight.
It became the beginning of a journey back to the moments that have left their mark. I began searching for the words, symbols, and places that have shaped me — and that might hold a different meaning for others.
A beach from my upbringing. A seashell from the shore, cast in silver with a drop of gold – a memory of childhood safety, preserved in a piece of jewelry.
The entire collection is rooted in this: a tribute to where we come from and the unpredictability of life.
craft & signature
Some of the pieces in the collection are engraved with letters taken from my grandfather’s handwriting, rather than a standard font.
By recreating his script, we have shaped the words that define these pieces: kjære menneske (dear human) is a reminder of the starting point we all share, du kan alt (capable of anything) is a recognition of capacity, while for evig (eternity) is for all that remains when everything else shifts.
The collection is for the restless mind – an expression of the drive that lives within restlessness.
Each piece is handcrafted in Norway and created for daily wear – as a steady companion through life. We work exclusively with sterling silver, solid gold, and gold plating – created to last for generations.
