delivery
Since all our jewelry is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. This is the time it takes to shape your piece from scratch to ensure every imprint is unique. You will receive an email confirmation once your package is on its way.
uncollected packages
If a package is not collected and subsequently returned to us, a fee of 250 NOK will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund or added to your invoice.
remelting
If you are sending your own gold or silver for remelting, please contact us at post@drukne.com before shipping. We will provide you with information and instructions for safe shipping and the correct delivery address.
returns
We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
A withdrawal form will be sent to you as an attachment in your order confirmation email. This must be filled out and included if you return an item.
Important exceptions: Jewelry made to order using your own gold or silver cannot be returned.
how to return an item
To ensure quick and correct handling, please follow these steps:
Notify us: Send an email to post@drukne.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack carefully: Ensure the item is securely placed in its original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Ship it back: Once we have confirmed your request via email, ship the package (including the filled-out withdrawal form) to the address provided in our reply.
Please note: Return shipping is covered by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a formal claim (defective item). You are responsible for the package until it is received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at post@drukne.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
